Rea vaya Bus Rapid Transit System is most probably one of the cornerstone of a new era in a dismal, near non-existent public transport in South Africa, in theory it is a cheap, fast, safe and reliable means of transportation to and from major population centres. An industry who believes itself above the law and whom government has done nothing against until today.
In short, Rea vaya Bus Rapid Transit System is probably the most significant project towards a safer South African urban road network ever.
